
Henry County’s Jawon Odoms is among area players who have been named to play in the Tennessee East-West All-Star game.
Odoms, a 6-foot-2,185 pound defensive back, has already committed to the Memphis Tigers. Earlier, Odoms posted on Twitter: “I want to start by thanking God for allowing me to play the sport I love. I want to thank my family, friends, supporters, and everyone that has believed in me.”
Area players named to the All-Star game: Jawon Odoms of Henry County; Logan Lyles and Chris Barnett of McKenzie; Rivers Hunt Hardin Co, Corterrion Moore, Ripley, Peyton Tinsley, JCS, Reed Chipman, Covington, Steven Ballard of Milan, Tyke Tabor of USJ, Kendrick Price of Ripley, Canaan White of Milan, Luke Reed, South Gibson and Braxton Johnson of Peabody.
