Paris, Tenn.–Mary Kathryn Moore was crowned 2020 Paris Quotarian of the Year at Quota’s noon meeting at Paris Academy for the Arts Lunchroom on November 11th, 2020.
The selection committee consisted of Linda Foulks, Brenda Hosford and Gina Olds. Foulks presented Moore with a crown, Quotarian of the Year pendant and one dozen red roses.
Jackie Jones was congratulated for being re-elected as city commissioner.
2020-2021 Quota yearbooks were available for $5.00.
Members are still selling pecans; $12 per bag for pieces and halves and $10 per bag for specialty pecans.
There will not be another meeting or a Christmas Party in 2020, due to the increase in the COVID-19 numbers. Members will be kept informed by e-mail and/or Facebook about meetings in January, 2021.
