Murray, Ky.–Deputy Sheriff Jacob Hamm is the newest member of the Calloway County Sheriff’s Office. He was sworn in today by Calloway County Deputy Judge/Executive Gina Winchester.
Deputy Hamm is a 2011 graduate of Murray High School and a 2019 graduate of the Kentucky Department of Criminal Justice Training’s Basic Police Academy. He has been a resident of Calloway County since 2005.
Sheriff Nicky Knight said, “I’m proud to add Deputy Hamm to the Calloway County Sheriff’s Office. His training and experience will allow him to quickly transition from the field training program to serving the community in which he has lived for over a decade.”
