
Paris, Tenn.–And just like that, the fountain on the Downtown Paris Plaza has been transformed once again into a Christmas tree, just in time to welcome everyone to this weekend’s Christmas open houses. Live music, food trucks, fire pits, shopping and more will be on tap from Friday, Novembr 6 through Sunday, November 8. Country Star Darryl Worley will perform at 6 p.m. Saturday on the courthouse steps. Music will start at 11 a.m. on Saturday with local Henry County High School student Marley Trosper. The Krider Performing Arts Center’s vocal ensemble, Harmonix, will perform. Local lake favorite, Josh McKee, will play at 12 p.m. Regional favorites Scott Myatt and Steve Short will take the “steps” at 1 p.m. PM. Bethany Ellis, a McKenzie Native, will perform at 2 p.m. The “one and only” Johnny Mac will open for Worley at 5 p.m. Downtown stores will have extended hours through the weekend.
