Paris, Tenn.–The ballots are in and the Perkins’ Drugs scarecrow has won the Peoples’ Choice in the annual Downtown Paris Scarecrows On The Square contest. Other winners were announced previously: Paris BPU won Best Constructed; Best In Show was KPAC; Most Original was Henry County Rescue Squad and Honorable Mention was Henry County CASA.
