Paris, Tenn.–The Henry County Circuit Court Criminal Arraignment Day originally set for Monday, November 9, 2020, has been moved to 9 a.m. Wednesday, November 18, 2020.
Circuit Court Clerk Mike Wilson said, “Anyone who may have had a case set for this particular criminal court docket should contact their attorney to confirm they are aware of the new date and they may also call the court clerk’s office. Our number is (731) 642-0461.”
Judge Donald Parish reminds everyone that the COVID19 protocols will remain in place including a face mask requirement for in-person court proceedings.
Court proceedings were suspended earlier this week after an attorney involved with the grand jury proceedings tested positive for COVID-19.
