Paris, Tenn.–Meagan Hart of the Paris Utility Authority demonstrates the proper way to hand out candy in the age of COVID-19 during Friday morning’s Rhea Elementary School Halloween event. Henry County Interim Sheriff Damon Lowe and Lt. Steve Dean of the Henry County Sheriff’s Office, along with Paris Police Lt. Tony Elkins and Sgt. Jordan Klutts, members of the Puryear Fire Department, Paris Utility Authority, and Rescue Squad handed out candy to the students at an outdoor parade. The students were dressed as Superheroes and the staff of the front office–including Principal Chris Hudgins–were dressed as The Incredibles. (Shannon McFarlin photos).
