Dukedom, Tenn.–Weakley County Sheriff’s deputies are seeking the public’s help in locating the suspect in a shooting in Dukedom over the weekend.
Authorities are seeking Joseph L. Brown, age 32, on a charge of attempted First Degree Murder.
Weakley County Investigator Randall McGowan said between 8 and 9 p.m. Saturday, October 24, a confrontation at a residence on the Tennessee side of Dukedom resulted in the shooting of Tyler Forrester, age 24.
Forrester was shot in the driveway and taken to a hospital in St. Louis. McGowan said at this time the injury is believed to not be life-threatening.
The suspect, Joseph L. Brown, fled the scene and has not been located. A warrant was drawn up for his arrest.
