Continued COVID-19 concerns will alter ticket availability for Union City Middle School away basketball games this season.
Opposing schools will limit the number of tickets given to UCMS for Tornado fans and none will be available at the door, due to social distancing guidelines that will reduce the overall size of game attendance.
Union City Middle School players and cheerleaders will have the first opportunity to purchase whatever tickets are available for their families. They will be allotted two tickets apiece.
Any remaining tickets will then be available to the general public.
People are discouraged from showing up to games without a ticket as they likely will not be admitted without a ticket bought in advance.
It is suggested that anyone interested in purchasing an away-game ticket call the UCMS office (885-2901) and speak to Amy Martinek regarding ticket availability.
There will be no such concerns nor limitations for UCMS home games as they will played at Marty Sisco Gymnasium on the UC High School campus.
UCMS opens its season tonight at Ridgemont tonight and plays three times in four nights next week.
