Hardin County, Tenn.–Jason Autry, the final suspect to be adjudicated in the Holly Bobo kidnapping and murder case, accepted a plea deal today which could find him released from prison in the next few days.

Autry appeared in a Hardin County courtroom and pleaded guilty to facilitation of especially aggravated kidnapping and solicitation to commit murder. He turned state’s evidence against Zach Adams during his trial in 2017.

Autry has been in jail for some nine years; he was sentenced to eight years for each charge, to run concurrently at 30 percent. His attorneys said with time served and credit for good behavior, he is eligible to be released over the next two days after the paperwork is finalized.

Autry is one of three defendants in the Holly Bobo murder case. Two others, brothers Zach Adams and Dylan Adams have already been convicted. Dylan Adams plead guilty to charges in 2018. Adams was convicted by a jury in a well-publicized trial in 2017.
Holly Bobo was kidnapped from her home on April 13, 2011, when she was 20. Her remains were discovered three years later in Decatur County.

The original charges against Autry were 1st degree murder and especially aggravated kidnapping.
