Paris, Tenn.– It won’t be long now. The Splash Pad at Eiffel Tower Park is nearing completion, with mid-September the target date. Blacktopping was completed Monday and workers are busy with other finishing touches for the project this week. City Manager Kim Foster said All Star Fencing started putting up the fences today, sod will be put down later this week and striping and paving will be completed. Other work still left to do: inside work on the concession stand and bathrooms, signage, placement of picnic tables and chairs. “This week and next will really be busy,” Foster said.
