Murray, Ky.–Nicky J. Knight was sworn in at 8 am today as Calloway County sheriff along with his deputies. The appointment was made as former Sheriff Sam Steger resigned to take on more responsibilities with his family’s farm. Judge/Executive Kenneth C. Imes gave the oaths.
