Huntingdon, Tenn.–The Carroll County Health Department has been named West Regional Health Department of the Year and its Nurse Supervisor Anna Todd received the West Region Outstanding Leadership Award. Carroll County won the award out of 19 counties in the West Region. County Mayor Joseph Butler congratulated the department and Todd for their awards. “In an incredibly difficult year to be a healthcare professional, we are thankful for your incredible, award-winning service to Carroll County,” Butler said.
