Trenton, Tenn.–The Peabody Band of Gold has announced the passing of Middle School Band Director Leigh Boyce.
In a Facebook post, band officials said, “We have learned that Ms. Boyce left our world last night. Leigh Boyce was a blessing to so many children and families in Trenton. This is truly a loss for the Trenton community.’ We love you Ms. Boyce and will miss you greatly.’
Union City Schools Band officials announced her passing on their Facebook page this morning. “The PurplePeople would like to express sympathy and prayers to our friends from The Peabody Band of Gold as they mourn the loss of middle school band director, Leigh Boyce. Ms. Boyce was an amazing band director that touched the lives of many students in their community.”
