Dresden, Tenn.–Dresden City Hall remains closed for customer access. Should you need assistance with a payment of a water bill or other matter, please knock on the front door of city hall and one of the city hall employees will assist you. Cash payments are accepted and change can be provided during regular business hours.
There is also a drop box located at the front door to place water bill and other payments.
Water customers might also consider bank draft or mailing in payments as a means to payment in lieu of making a payment at city hall.
City Hall employees will also be glad to assist physically handicapped customers at a parking place in front of city hall. For assistance by this means, please call city hall at 364-2270.
