Paris, Tenn.–Henry County Elections Commission Administrator DeLaina Green shows Kathy Ray where to vote this morning for the first day of early voting, while Deputy Administrator Kim Jenkins also waited on voters at left. Lines were long this morning and safety protocols in place, with each social distancing being practiced, employees in full PPE and voters given voting kits with disposable pens and disposable gloves.
