Paris, Tenn.–The annual Paris Lakeway Kiwanis Club Arts and Crafts Festival will not be held this year due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The popular festival is always held at Paris Landing State Park.
It earlier appeared that the Festival would be held, with some restrictions, but Organizer Crissy McCutcheon said, “Today I received word that the state of Tennessee had put even more restrictions on the festival and The Kiwanis Club and myself feel that under these circumstances it would pose too much risk to have the festival this year.”
She said application fees already sent in will be returned.
