‘Harriet Tubman: An American Moses” To Be Performed This Weekend

Paris, Tenn.–Come see the inspiring story of “Harriet Tubman: An American Moses” this weekend at the Krider Performing Arts Center (KPAC).

The two-person play features Regina Isaacs as Harriet Tubman and Mark Johnson as The Storyteller. Both Isaacs and Johnson are from Paris. There will be two showings: 3 p.m. Saturday, July 11; and 3 p.m. Sunday, July 12.

Hear Harriet tell how she became the most famous conductor of The Underground Railroad. More importantly, hear Harriet speak of how her faith led her and how her hope motivated her. Harriet takes a look at her past and challenges us all to look forward with hope for something better.

Admission at the door is $8 for adults. $7 for senior adults 65+. $5 for children/students ages 5 – high school. There’s plenty of room to spread out. Please come.
