Paris, Tenn.–In partnership with the Paris Parks and Recreation, the W.G. Rhea Library has installed a “Story Walk” at Eiffel Tower Park.
This month it features the book, “What I Like About Me!” by Allia Zobel Nolan, which celebrates the differences in people.
Children’s Librarian Kayla Nation said the book featured on the “Story Walk” will change every month.
The project is funded through the BPU Roundup program, Helping Hand, and Athena Delphian monies that come to the library each year.
Nation said, “Since we’re not doing much in-person for the summer reading program this year because of the COVID-19, we looked for something to do that could include everybody.”
Each page of the book has its own station with the book’s pages installed in metal frames with plastic backing and laminated.
The “Story Walk” starts in the back parking lot in the Eiffel Tower Park and winds around the walking trail.
