pl-lodge-pic-june-2020

Paris, Tenn.–Construction has resumed at The Lodge at Paris Landing.

Henry County Mayor Brent Greer said this morning, “I was really happy to see it. They finally got the final construction plans approved by the State Fire Marshal’s office. That had been delayed by the COVID-19 situation.”

With the delays, completion of The Lodge has now been set for Labor Day 2021.

Greer said they should be ready to pour concrete at the site in July. The Lodge at Paris Landing is being constructed at the site of the former Paris Landing Inn. The total number of rooms will be 90, up from 65 that the original plans had called for.

Doster Construction is the general contractor for the project, with several local businesses, such as Ellis Heating and Norwood Construction, hired as subcontractors.
