Paris, Tenn.–A driver at the UPS facility in Paris has been recognized for his 25-year accident-free driving record.
David Todd achieved something many professional drivers never achieve. Todd was recognized by UPS Division Manager Leonard Wall for 25 years of accident-free driving as a UPS driver. He is pictured with three others from the UPS in Paris who have achieved the same: Terry Ward with 30 years, Joe Oliver with 28, Todd with 25 and John Weir III with 35.
In remarks made at the UPS Center in Paris Friday morning, Wall said that UPS has experienced great success through the years and noted the number of changes that have been made during the 25 years Todd has been a driver.
According to Kyle Parish, Center Manager in Paris, the 25 years of safe driving by Todd amounted to well over 1.3 million miles starting from June 5, of 1995 until today.
Todd was presented with a brown UPS Flight jacket only received by others who have entered into the illustrious circle.
