Murray, Ky.–Murray Police are investigating a fatal shooting which happened late Saturday night.
Details are still sketchy, but Murray Police issued a press release Sunday morning reporting that officers responded to a report of a shooting near the intersection of North 16th St. and Lowe’s Drive around 11:42 p.m.
Upon arrival, officers located an individual who had been shot, and that individual was transported by EMS to the hospital where he later passed away.
