Springville, Tenn.–It was a tall order, but the Paris Landing Volunteer Fire Department was up to it.
Fire Chief Reggie Coles said the department was recently contacted by a member of the church, informing them that the church steeple was out and no one had a ladder long enough to reach it.
With careful planning in regard to the COVID-19 virus, Coles said, the Fire Department was able to replace the light bulb and incorporate some training into the project as well.
