Union City, Tenn.–In order to better service customers and help alleviate some of the financial hardship caused by COVID-19 outbreak, Union City Energy Authority will absorb the processing fee associated with Credit/Debit Card or Check payments thru April 30, 2020 for all Residential customers.
Authority CEO Jerry Bailey said, “Using their customer number, residential customers may make payments online at www.unioncityenergy.com, over the phone by calling 1.866.578.7549 or at a local KIOSK until April 30, 2020 with NO Credit/Debit Card or Check processing fee charged. If you do not know your customer number please call our office at 731-885-9212 Mon.-Fri. 7:30 am-4:30 pm to obtain that information. UCEA hopes this will assist you as we are currently under a mandatory Stay at Home order in the state of TN.”
