Paris, Tenn.–Just how low can it go?
It’s been many years since people have seen gas selling for less than $1, but that’s exactly what is happening today at Patriot Mart in Paris. The gas station–located at 1330 E. Wood St.– is listed on Gas Buddy as having the lowest gas prices in Tennessee with its 99 cent per gallon price.
According to Gas Buddy, as of 8:30 a.m. today, several Paris stations were in the Top 10 of lowest gas prices in Tennessee, with the Top 3 being Fuel Pro at $1.16 and JB’s Express Mart at $1.22.
Operators at Patriot Mart said they’re expecting the .99 price to remain possibly for the rest of the week.
Gas prices have hit record lows due to cheap crude oil.
