
Union City, Tenn.–A Union City man was arrested while trying to deliver crack cocaine to a local residence.
On Tuesday, March 3, Investigators with the Obion County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Interdiction unit arrested James O. Hubbard, age 40, when he attempted to deliver 5.8 grams of Crack Cocaine to a location on Miles Ave in Union City.
Hubbard was also found to be in possession of a loaded 9mm pistol. He was arrested and transported to the Obion County Jail where he was arraigned on Wednesday, March 4th for the following charges: Possession of Schedule II with Intent to Sale, and Unlawful Possession of a Weapon by a Convicted Felon.
He was issued a $25,000 bond with a court date of Tuesday, March 17, in Obion County General Sessions court.
