
MARTIN, Tenn. – Several Obion County students have been awarded scholarships to attend the University of Tennessee at Martin, according to Dr. James Mantooth, executive director, Office of Enrollment Services and Student Engagement.
- Hannah Blakely, of Rives, daughter of Laura Blakely and Dan Blakely, is a sophomore. She received the Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship for the 2019-2020 academic year.
- Kaylee Cook, of Union City, daughter of Shawn and Lori Cook, will be a freshman. She received the Chancellor’s Scholarship for the 2020-2021 academic year.
- Gracye Cunningham, of Troy, daughter of Ben and Jamie Cunningham, will be a freshman. She received the Deans Scholarship for the 2020-2021 academic year.
- Nicole Hall, of Union City, daughter of Carlene Burkeen and Charles Hall, will be a freshman. She received the Excellence Scholarship for the 2020-2021 academic year.
- Blade Johnson, of Union City, son of April Johnson, will be a freshman. He received the Chancellor’s Scholarship for the 2020-2021 academic year.
- Liv Murphy, of Kenton, daughter of Laura Murphy, will be a freshman. She received the Deans Scholarship for the 2020-2021 academic year.
- Thompson Paschall, of Rives, son of Kevin and Amy Paschall, will be a sophomore. He received the Elam Transfer Achieve Scholarship for the 2020-2021 academic year.
