Three Arrested On Drug, Gun Charges

Dover, Tenn.–The Stewart County Sheriff’s Office arrested three people in two separate incidents Tuesday, charging them with an assortment of drug and gun charges.

In the first incident, Deputy Caleb Rozet stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation which resulted in a search of the vehicle and Deputy Rozet found 12 grams of meth. The driver Dustin Lynn Roby of 980 Hayes Ridge Road, Indian Mound, was arrested and charged with manufacturing/sell/deliver/possession of schedule II drugs, driving while in possession of meth, tampering with evidence, driving on revoked/suspended Drivers Licenses, altering or falsifying or forging Auto Title, along with other traffic violations.

Sgt. Robbie MacDonald and K-9 Harry answered a suspicious person call and ended up detaining two suspects when they discovered heroin, meth, schedule VI pills, drug paraphernalia as well as a loaded firearm. The two suspects arrested were Katherine Ross Miller and Joshua David Watson both suspects lived at 115 Carlisle Road, Dover.
