Police were called to a home on Dunlap Street. Upon arrival, contact was made with the home owner who said she was asleep on the couch in the living room when she was awakened by the sound of breaking glass in the front of her home. When she looked out, she observed a white SUV spinning tires and backing out of her front yard. The vehicle then left the scene traveling towards East Wood St. While on scene at Dunlap St.

While searching, Patrolman Brandon Steele located a white Chevy Trailblazer parked on Cooper St. with major front end damage.

Lt Frey responded to the address and made contact with a woman at the house. Lt Frey asked if her husband was at home now and she responded yes, asleep on the couch. She was advised that it was necessary to speak with him. Once inside contact was made with William Dremel Kendall.
