
Paris, Tenn.–Tennessee College of Applied Technology-Paris Student Government Association President Chris House was elected last week to the Executive Board of the Tennessee Board of Regents’ Student Government Presidents Council as the TCAT student liaison.
Chris House is an Industrial Maintenance student from Camden and will represent all 27 TCATs at the council meetings. The Advisory Board meets three times during the academic year, typically in September, January and March.
The Student Presidents group reviews and discusses pertinent statewide and campus-related issues of interest to students. The Board also provides an opportunity for networking, sharing successes, seeking solutions and supplementing leadership development for the Student Presidents.
House, a graduate of Camden United Christian Academy, is the son of Mark and Chrystal Pillow, grandson of Bobby and Shirley French, Mark Woods, all of Camden and Carolyn Pillow, of Huntingdon.
