Dover, Tenn.–Two Stewart County residents were arrested on drug charges during an operation by the 23rd Judicial Drug Task Force and the Stewart County Sheriff’s Office Tuesday night.
David Lee Parr and Jessica Black of 308 Natcor Drive are being held in jail on $90,000 bond each.
The arrests are part of an ongoing joint operation. They are charged with the following: 1. Manufacture/Sell/Deliver Poss Schedule II, 2. Manufacture/Sell Controlled Substance, 3. Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.
Both were already on State Probation before these charges. Sheriff Frankie Gray said, “Thanks to the 23rd Judicial Drug Task Force and our deputies for their continuous working together and getting the drugs off our streets and cleaning the county up for the betterment of our citizens.”
