
Paris, Tenn.—A fugitive from Nashville was arrested by the Metro Crime Unit during a traffic stop in Henry County.
Jeffery Robert Neese, age 49, was arrested at the intersection of Old Paris-Murray Rd. and North Market Street outside of Paris after officers stopped him for a traffic violation. According to the press release, Neese was initially arrested for driving on a revoked license and violating parole out of Nashville.
While searching his vehicle, officers found meth ice, several Adderall pills, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Participating in the arrest were Henry County Sheriff’s deputies and Paris Police officers.
Neese is being held on $50,000 bond on the drug and traffic charges, while being held without bond on the parole violation.
