Murray, Ky.–A Murray teenager was transported to the hospital after a one-vehicle accident Friday evening.
Jasmin Javier, age 17, was transported to the Murray-Calloway Co. Hospital by personal vehicle after the accident.
Calloway Co. Sheriff’s deputies responded to the accident on Tucker Garland Road at 5:48 p.m. They found Javier’s vehicle off the south side of the roadway in a fence. According to the report, she was traveling eastbound when a deer ran out in front of her. Javier attempted to miss the deer when her vehicle began sliding and she lost control. Javier struck a guardrail and then a wooden fence.
