Martin, Tenn.–A man wanted on warrants out of Henry County was arrested in Martin on new drug charges in Martin on New Year’s Eve.
Joshua Walter, age 46, no address given, was charged with possession of meth, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia, as well as on the original warrant.
Martin Police went to 141 Woodway Loop Apt B and found Walter in front. As officers were putting handcuffs on him, they found a small coin purse in his right hand. Officers asked Walter what it contained and he said meth.
Officers found a cut down red straw and glass pipe and two small bags of a white substance which later tested for meth.
