Troy, Tenn.–Volunteers gathered Monday at the Obion County Central School bus garage in Troy to finish packing the 250 baskets to be delivered as part of the annual Chimes for Charity. In its 85th year, Chimes for Charity always delivers baskets to the needy in Obion County on Christmas Eve morning. The baskets contain food, clothing and toys.
