Henry Co. Sheriff's K9s Gifted With 'Doggles'

Paris, Tenn.–Sight 2 SeeFamily Eye Care Clinic in Paris donated four pairs of ‘doggles’ for K9s in the Henry County Sheriff’s Office Wednesday. Casey Brown of the clinic said the doggles (goggles made for dogs) are designed to keep brush and debris out of the K9s eyes while they’re tracking as well as protect their eyes from the sun and heat. Brown said, “We are so thankful for our K9 fur babies and our officers at the sheriff’s department.” At a presentation at the clinic Wednesday, two pairs of doggles were given to Rowdy, the K9 partner of Cpl. Stacey Bostwick and Adora, the K9 belonging to Sgt. Wayne Fuqua. Two other pairs were donated to Xoe, who belongs to Deputy Hayley French and Si, the partner of Sheriff Monte Belew. Bostwick noted that the doggles made Adora and Rowdy look even cooler. (Photo courtesy of Stacey Bostwick).
