Huntingdon, Tenn.–A guilty plea has been entered in a Carroll County shooting death.
Corey Leavitt, age 26, of Huntingdon, plead guilty to reckless homicide and tampering with evidence charges in the March shooting death of James Dale Kelly, age 19, of Buena Vista.
Carroll County deputies found Kelly laying on a lawn on Buena Vista Road, deceased from a single shot. According to the investigation, the shooting followed a drug transaction.
