Dover, Tenn.–Stewart County Sheriff Frankie Gray and deputies, along with the Stewart County Wives of Law Enforcement, local schools and the county health department, delivered 40 turkeys to needy families for Thanksgiving. The sheriff’s office and Stewart County Wives have been selling Applewood smoked turkeys to support the deliveries. According to the press release, the sheriff’s office said, “We would also like to thank all the individuals who wanted to stay anonymous on their generosity donations to our county.
