Mayfield, Ky.–After guilty pleas to multiple sex crimes in Graves County Circuit Court, two offenders were sentenced to lengthy prison terms.
On November 13, Patrick Rodgers pleaded guilty and will be sentenced to 20 years on the following charges:
- Rape, 1st Degree, Class B Felony,
- Sodomy, 1st Degree, Class B Felony, and
- 3 Counts: Sexual Abuse, 1st Degree, Class D Felonies.
The Graves County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office thanks the Graves County Sheriff’s Office for their hard work on the case.
On November 18, 2019, Jeffrey Marshall pleaded guilty and will be sentenced to 17 years on the following charges:
- 3 Counts: Sexual Abuse, 1st Degree, Class D Felonies, and
- Persistent Felony Offender, 1st Degree.
