Paris, Tenn.–Outback Romagnola Ranch owned by Dr. Chuck Lyons and his wife Pam Lyons served as the host of the National Romagnola Romangus Association Sale on Saturday, November 2, which brought beef producers from around the country to spend a weekend in Paris to sell and purchase new cattle.
A total of 29 lots of cattle were sold consisting of cow calf pairs, heifers and bulls.
The sale started off with a preview day Friday and ended with dinner at a Fresh Market in Paris. Saturday ushered in a complimentary lunch catered by the C3 competition grilling team (Justin and Cody Chilcutt along with Greg Crouch) followed by the sale at noon.
“We love to host this event for the association. It draws people to Paris at just the right time of year, with the Downtown open house going on it gives us a chance to showcase cattle and Paris, Tennessee.” Dr. Lyons said.
