Paris, Tenn.- Paris Police responded to the Colony Square Apartments on a theft report in which a man had a backpack stolen from the back of his wheelchair. The report stated the man parks his chair outside his apartment and forgot to bring the backpack inside for the night.
The backpack contained a spare tire for his chair along with a ratchet and a few sockets. Neighbors gave police a possible suspect but investigation is continuing with no one charged at this time.
