Mayfield, Ky.–A Graves County man has been indicted on several sex charges involving a minor.
According to the report from Graves Co. Commonwealth Attorney Richie Kemp, David Sims of Symsonia, Ky., was indicted on three counts of rape, two counts of sodomy, and distributing obscene materials to a minor. The incidents involved a 12-year-old.
Bond of $50,000 was set.
