TRENTON, Tenn.— Gibson Electric Membership Corporation’s Troy Member Service Center will be hosting a Member Appreciation Event for its member-owners from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, October 22.
All Gibson EMC members are invited to fellowship with employees and enjoy a free barbeque or beef brisket sandwich, chips and a drink. Members will also receive giveaways and will be registered for door prizes. Gibson EMC hosts these regional events annually to say “thank you” to its members and to celebrate what makes a cooperative special – that it is not-for-profit, member-owned and member-controlled.
Attendees can learn about Gibson Connect, a wholly owned, not-for-profit subsidiary of Gibson EMC, formed to help provide members with access to high-speed, fiber-based internet service. Employees will answer your questions about this exciting new opportunity and even help members to register.
