Martin, Tenn.–An Indiana man is in custody in Weakley County after his arrest in Martin on a fugitive warrant.
Arrested was Daniel Irvine, age 35, who was wanted for non-support of a dependent child.
Martin Police received a report of a wanted person at 129 Beaumont St. Before arrival, officers contacted the Huntington, Indiana, sheriff’s office to confirm they would extradite the individual.
Upon arrival, permission was given to search and officers found Irvine hiding behind a computer desk.
