Paris, Tenn.–Young and old alike have been stopping to view the over two dozen spooks and ghouls now that all of the Scarecrows On The Square have been placed on the Henry County Courthouse lawn. Sponsored by the Downtown Paris Association, the winners will be announced at the annual Spooktacular that is set for October 19 in downtown Paris.
