Dover, Tenn.–The Fort Donelson National Battlefield invites everyone to enjoy a patriotic concert performed by the Cumberland Winds Concert Band, paying tribute to veterans of the United States armed forces.
The concert begins at 2 pm, Saturday, September 21, in the Cumberland Room of the Stewart County Visitor Center. The center is located at 117 Visitors Center Drive, Dover. The performance is free and open to the public.
Fort Donelson and the Cumberland Winds have a long history of providing patriotic concerts to the public, with the band performing music that celebrates and pays tribute to the nation and freedoms that we have, as well as those that served to protect the nation and those freedoms.
According to Fort Donelson NB Superintendent Brian McCutchen, “It is wonderful to have the Cumberland Winds return to Dover for a concert to celebrate with music, and to honor our veterans in doing such. We encourage the public to attend and enjoy.”
