Paris, Tenn.–Workers from Champion Roofing and Construction of Troy were getting a good view of downtown Paris today atop the Grace Episcopal Church. They are painting the steeple at the church and installing a rubber ceiling on both the steeple and the metal roof this week. Owner Chris Friese said the yellow paint on the steeple is the primer coat and it will be repainted white. He said the project should take the rest of this week. (Shannon McFarlin photo).
