Paris, Tenn.–Election 2020 is fast approaching and as Henry County Elections Administrator Delaina Green said, “It’s going to be huge.”
With that in mind, the Henry County Elections Commission is hosting Voting 101 classes starting Monday, September 5. Green will present five informative classes that are free and open to the public. They will be held from 5-6 p.m. each Monday in September at the Henry County 911 Building on Brewer Street.
Each week is a different topic, including voter registration, voting equipment, offices and candidates.
Green also will be making presentations to the community and at the high school as the 2020 Election draws near.
