Paris, Tenn.—Three Paris residents were arrested on a long list of charges after a shooting was investigated on Hwy. 79 in Henry County.
Arrested were Dawson Charles, age 20, 2019 Lone Oak Rd., Jacob Quentin Fowler, age 21, of 50 Enterprise Ave., and Hanna Claire Keech, age 21, of N. Wilson Street.
Charles was arrested for aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, domestic assault, simple assault, possession of a firearm while committing a felony, possession of a firearm by a felon, drug possession, and drug paraphernalia possession.
Fowler’s charges included aggravated assault and reckless endangerment, while Keech was charged with aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and accessory after the fact.
Henry County sheriff’s deputies responded to reports of shots fired at a vehicle on Hwy. 79 around 12:40 a.m. Wednesday. Paris Police and deputies stopped the described vehicle on Mineral Wells Ave. During a search of the vehicle, a pistol was seen in plain view on the floorboard behind the driver’s seat. Also found were a plastic bag containing what was believed to be Ecstasy pills, more pills which they said were Xanax; a glass vial that field tested positive for meth and various drug paraphernalia.
Bonds were set at $125,000 for Charles; $10,000 for Fowler and $20,000 for Keech.
