Paris, Tenn.–Family Resource Center Directors Regional Meeting was held Tuesday at the Henry County Family Resource Center. The Henry County School System welcomed West Tennessee Directors and the Tennessee Department of Education Whole Child Division Executive Director Pat Conner for a day of learning and sharing about best practice ideas to take care of student and family needs. West Tennessee Directors meet each year to plan for the new school year. Family Resource Centers across the state provide academic and social emotional support for their students and families. “One of the most valued partnerships we have are our churches,” according to Judy Goad, Henry County case manager.
